2. I CANNOT SEE BALANCE IN COLD WALLET!

A cold wallet is just a tool for storing cryptocurrency and wallet addresses. This is designed for security reasons. You must use the software wallet CIA to check balances and transactions. Once you have the W1 cold wallet and TJ Wallet App properly connected, you can manage your assets directly on the App.

TJWallet supports many types of cryptocurrencies, and ETH will only be one of cryptocurrencies suggestions below:

  1. Please make sure the wallet balance is sufficient
  2. Check whether it is caused by insufficient gas transfer

 

4. IF I LOSE TJ WALLET W1,HOW CAN I GET BACK MY ASSETS?

TJWallet W1 only stores your encrypted assets and wallet address. If you lose your TJWallet W1, it will not be able to retrieve it. But don’t worry. Keeping your mnemonic safe is the most important thing, no one can steal your assets without your mnemonic. You can recover your account in the new W1 cold wallet with mnemonics.

6. WHAT IF I LOSE MY MNEMONICS?

Mnemonic phrase is very important for your digital assets. If you lose your mnemonic phrase but your TJWallet can still be used, please transfer your encrypted assets to a new wallet address as soon as possible. Anyone who uses the mnemonic phrase can recover all the assets in the wallet address corresponding to the mnemonic phrase, so please protect your mnemonic phrase, and of course, your TJWallet at any time. Otherwise, if you cannot retrieve your mnemonics or send your funds elsewhere via an installed wallet, TJ Wallet does not have the power to get your funds back
