1. PRICE & PAYMENT METHOD

PRICES

Prices are in US dollar.
Value-Added Tax (V.A.T.) may apply and this will depend on where the billing address is located.

FEES

When ordering from outside China, customer must be aware that customs fees may apply as is the case of ordering any items from abroad.
We cannot estimate the cost as this depends on the country where the customer is based in.
The customer can contact his/her local customs service for an estimated cost.
When placing an order, the customer agrees and is made aware of the fact that customs fees may apply.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept 3 different payment methods:

  1. Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
    Your payment can’t be authorized, please contact your bank for more details.
    If you encounter another issue, please contact our support with a proof of payment.
  2. PayPal
    If you encounter an issue, please contact our support with your transaction number or the email address used by your PayPal account.

2. UNAVAILABLE COUNTRIES

According to regional policies, TJWallet supports all countries that do not ban cryptocurrencies.

3. DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time is about 15 days.
Orders cannot be shipped during the weekends or during the Chinese/HK public holidays.

4. WARRANTY AND REFUND POLICY

All returns must be made within thirty (10) days of the delivery date and include proof of purchase, a copy of your original order, or an invoice.

TJ Wallet provides a warranty which is subject to the following terms and conditions: If you believe your TJ Wallet or the Mnemonics Secret Box to be defective during the warranty period, please start by contacting at info@en.tjwallet.net with your order number. We will do our best to help you resolve your issue.
If we are unable to help you, you will need to ship the product back to us and we will give you all the necessary information when you contact us.

Please make sure that the product is still under warranty.
